In this unprecedented time, many students have not been able to experience the ideal college experience and meet new people and build interpersonal skills. Therefore, as a CPD day activity, individuals from different sectors could be put together to create a collaborative project.

By doing this, it provides students an opportunity to expand their collection of skills- different subjects will refine different abilities so by getting different sectors to work together, those who would participate leave with broader skill base. Additionally, it may also help the student body’s confidence in communicating and reinforce own knowledge while giving people the chance to further both their ability to lead and work in a team depending how the group dynamic works and the chance to socialise with new people. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this would have to be hosted over teams, where students could upload and share work amongst the group.
