For my project as the employer relations champion I originally had a plan to set up mock interviews, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic I was unable to follow through with this.

My idea now is to start a club that runs once a week where students can come to in order to improve their personal/professional skills and develop their own personal brand/image. i intend to do this by using my own research and further research in order to cater for each member of the group, if the members are serious it'll be very beneficial as a student myself I want to go into accounting, finance/investment banking and information system management, this is a very formal and professional field and I hope to be able to help the members focus on skills to put on their CV and what will also help them in an interview or for an application to a university, job or apprenticeship.

The idea is to be a mentor in a way and to give support as a student myself in order to ensure that they're reaching their goals and developing themselves.
