My idea is to give more support to student who are getting bullied. 

I want to start a mentoring programme for students who require it. When students start college they can request a mentor to help them settle either before they arrive at college or after. Also, if students get bullied they can or someone else can request a mentor for them to help. Another thing I want to do is to start support bubbles with students who get bullied to help them meet new people and talk to people who have gone through the same things as them.
