To ensure that we help to save money and to help out the environment, I propose that we add as many power saving bulbs in the college as possible, along with some solar panels perhaps. The sun is a fantastic, ever going battery that we can take advantage of. So, why not use it's power energy to generate cheaper electricity for less.
