AGED 16 TO 18? AT COLLEGE? MAKE HAPPEN IS FOR YOU!

If you’re thinking about going to university or getting a degree apprenticeship, specifically if you’re in further education, we can help you find your way. Our interactive workshops and events are designed specifically to help you make informed choices about your future, supported by funding opportunities. We work closely with your college, and sessions are delivered by our specialist further education team.

WHY TAKE PART IN MAKE HAPPEN EVENTS?

We want to help students attend events and activities to help you discover more about what higher education can offer. We also understand that it’s important your family is involved, too. So we’ll cover travel costs for you and up to two guests, where appropriate.

This is not an exhaustive list of opportunities we could fund, but it is intended to give you an idea of the types of bursaries awarded:

  1. Travel expenses for attending university open days
  2. Travel expenses for higher education interviews
  3. UCAS applications
  4. Expenses associated with study experiences to enhance university applications e.g. summer schools, conferences, course experiences

Please note that travel must be standard class when traveling via train or coach
